Rescheduling

If a user wishes to reschedule their appointment, they must follow the same procedure outlined above for cancellation and then book a new appointment based on availability.

Exceptions

In cases of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, MindsphereX reserves the right to consider exceptions to this cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
